ONGC ‘nets $1bn Kuwait clean-up deal’

An ONGC joint venture has scooped part of a $3 billion contract to clean up Kuwaiti oil spills caused by the retreating army of Iraq’s late deposed dictator Saddam Hussein, a report claims.
