Sources close to the tender process told Upstream that technical and commercial bids for the five drilling units were originally expected to be submitted this month but the operator has now delayed the submissions.
“We were hoping that the bids would be submitted in July. But now this has been delayed by ONGC and no new bid submission deadline has been declared yet,” one source said.
