ONGC submits offshore block FDP

India's state-owned Oil & Natural Gas Corporation (ONGC) has submitted the much awaited draft field development plan (FDP) to the country's upstream regulator for developing oil and gas discoveries in deep-water block KG-DWN-98/2, off the eastern coast.
