ONGC to fight DGH fine

India's Oil & Natural Gas Corporation (ONGC) is contesting a 1.9 billion rupee ($41 million) fine imposed by thecountry's Directorate General of Hydrocarbons over the company's failure to fulfill well commitments in offshore Block WB- OSN-2000/1 off West Bengal.
