Opec producers play up investment plans

Oil ministers from Persian Gulf countries at a bi-annual summit with international oil company heads here in Vienna have been lining up all week to unveil new crude production expansion plans or reaffirm existing ambitious targets despite an apparent glut in the market and continuing pressure on prices.
