The overseas subsidiary of Indian state player Oil & Natural Gas Corporation (ONGC) is to get two seats on the board of Vankorneft following the agreement penned at the Eastern Economic Forum, Rosneft said on Friday.
The deal was signed by Rosneft chairman Igor Sechin and Narendra Verma, managing director of ONGC Videsh. No value was put on the deal, but Reuters, citing unidentified sources, reported later on Friday that the vale was just over $1.25
