Based on vessel tracking data, EnergyQuest estimated Australia exported 3.7 million tonnes of LNG last month, up by 97,000 tonnes on June’s figures, with a total of 56 cargoes leaving projects around the country.

Exports were boosted by strong performance by the North-West Shelf (NWS) and the start up of the second train at Gladstone LNG (GLNG) which helped offset periods of maintenance at Queensland Curtis LNG (QCLNG) and Darwin LNG.
