Tamaska Oil & Gas told the Australian Securities Exchange on Friday that, together with joint venture partners Transerv Energy and Mako Hydrocarbons, it had completed a sale agreement with Calgary-based Black Swan Energy over shale acreage in Rimbey, Alberta.
Black Swan had acquired an operating stake in the property in January last year and had drilled a commitment well to evaluate the Duvernay shale play in November.
