Parkmead has upped its stake in the Perth and Dolphin fields from 52.03% to 60.05%, after taking more than half the stake previously held by partner Atlantic Petroleum.
Faroe has taken the remainder of Atlantic's stake.
Parkmead was joined in the fields – which sit in blocks 15/21a, 15/21b, 15/21c, 15/21f and 14/25a in licences P218, P588 and P2154 – by Faroe and Atlantic, which before the farmouts were on 34.62%
