Parsley will get 9140 net acres with estimated current production of about 270 barrels of oil equivalent per day from 67 gross (60 net) vertical wells.
A seller was not disclosed.
The new assets are in Glasscock County, where Parsley saw encouraging results from a recently drilled well on acreage acquired in May.
The Dwight Gooden 6-7-01AH well, which lies about 2.5 miles west of the acreage to be acquired, registered a peak 30-day initial production rate of 1161 barrels of oil per day.
