The owners have already completed an outline development plan, which comprises a tension leg wellhead platform plus floating production, storage and offloading vessel as the basecase concept.
Pan Pacific Petroleum said today the final development plan is planned to be finalised at around mid-2015 for submitting to the Vietnam government for approval.
Tendering activity is ongoing for both the main production facilities.
