Kurdistan producers DNO and Genel Energy have received further delayed payments for crude exports from the regional government in northern Iraq.
Oslo-listed DNO has been paid a gross sum of $35.45 million that includes $29.73 million for oil deliveries from its Tawke field last November and $5.72 million towards recovery of outstanding dues for historic exports.
The payment from the Kurdistan Regional Government (KRG) will be shared on a pro-rata basis between field operator DNO and Anglo-Turkish partner Genel Energy, with respective stakes of 55% and 25%.
