Pcore sells Permian acres to Parsley

Permian pure-play Parsley Energy has agreed to buy certain undeveloped and producing oil and gas properties adjacent to its existing operated assets in West Texas for $148.5 million in cash from private equity-backed Pcore Exploration & Production.
