Houston-based private equity player Pelican Energy Partners said it has combined two entities in its oilfield services portfolio.
Performance Wellhead & Frac Components and Slingshot Supply have been recapitalised and will operate as a single company, Pelican said.
Both will continue to operate under their legacy names in their respective markets, it added, saying the two have "minimal geographic overlap".
