Pemex begins to farm down more stakes

Mexico's Pemex has kicked off the process of farming down additional acreage stakes, including extra-heavy oil and mature onshore fields, submitting documents to regulators for a range of acreage including its Ayatsil-Tekel-Utsil complex.
