Pemex in Bluewater FPSO talks

Dutch floater specialist Bluewater is in advanced talks with Mexican state oil company Pemex about the adapation and chartering of the Munin floating production, storage and offloading vessel, currently in Batam, Indonesia, for well tests at the Ayatsil-Tekel heavy-oil complex.
