Emilio Lozoya, chief executive of the Mexican state oil company, signed the memoranda of understanding with Saudi Aramco of Saudi Arabia as well as Adnoc and Mubudala of the United Arab Emirates.
The deal with Mubudala sketches out potential projects in Mexico's midstream and upstream sectors as part of Pemex's drive to reduce costs and improve efficiency following the country's energy reforms.
