The Oslo-listed player said the Safe Regency, Safe Lancia, Safe Hibernia and Safe Britannia remained under contract to the state oil player throughout the July-September period.
"Prosafe has been informed that Pemex is indicating that payment terms will be up to 180 days until further notice from September 2015," the company said in a statement.
The Britannia is due to roll off contract at the end of the quarter, with the Hibernia due to wrap up operations at the end of the year.
