The state-owned oil giant also has no intention of listingeven as Mexico prepares to open its hydrocarbons sector to internationalexploration and production companies by way of sweeping constitutional reforms,vowed chief financial officer Mario Beauregard Alvarez.
Mexico remains a closed shop to international oil companieswith Pemex holding the rights to produce and market oil, gas and refinedpetroleum products.
However, various reform bills are set to be debated byCongress with Beauregard Alvarez saying in a Pemex briefing at Offshore Europein Aberdeen on Thursday that reforms could become effective in the second halfof next year.
