Perisai ordered the jack-up from PPL in 2013, with the Pacific Class 400 design unit originally slated for delivery in April this year.
Perisai said Monday it agreed to delay the delivery of the jack-up Perisai Pacific 102 until no later than 31 March 2016.
Last week the company revealed state-run Petronas had reached a deal to farm-out its contract for the Perisai Pacific 101 to US independent Hess under a firm nine-month deal.
