Pertamina Gas’s (Pertagas) Arun project is set to receive 20 liquefied natural gas cargoes in 2016, all from domestic projects such as the BP-operated Tangguh in West Papua and the Donggi-Senoro project on the island of Sulawesi.
Arun is currently operating at 25% of its capacity and imports will be ramped up in line with expansion of the gas distribution network in Nanggroe Aceh Darussalam province.
