Petrobras confirms SBM talks for surprise FPSO duo

Petrobras on Tuesday confirmed an Upstream report that it is in talks with a consortium made up of SBM Offshore and Queiroz Galvao O&G for an unexpected duo of floating production, storage and offloading systems for Brazil's Santos Basin.
