Petrobras Gaspetro stake sale ‘blocked’

A Brazilian federal judge has reportedly blocked the recently-completed 1.9 billion reais ($469 million) Gaspetro deal between state-run giant Petrobras and a local subsidiary of Japanese conglomerate Mitsui because it “did not meet certain transparency requirements”.
