Brazil’s Petrobras has received 204 million reais ($60 million) from prosecutors in the latest victory from the so-called Car Wash probe into corruption activities at the state player.

Prosecutors retrieved the money from 21 senior politicians, civil servants and businessmen who agreed to co-operate with the investigation and returned the funds to Petrobras.

This is the third and largest return of funds to Petrobras under Car Wash, which has seen hundreds of top executives and politicians involved.
