Petrobras said it has settled lawsuits with four more investors in US court and has set aside $372 million in provisions.
The Brazilian giant's board of directors approved settlements to end lawsuits filed in New York by the New York City Employees Retirement System, Transamerica Income Shares, Internationale Kapitalanlagegesellschaft and Lord Abbett Investment Trust.
Petrobras had already agreed settlements for 15 other individual lawsuits before the Federal Court of New York.
