Petrofac announced on Tuesday it had signed a five-year memorandum of understanding with independent oil and gas company Taleveras Energy Resources and state-owned player Nigerian Petroleum Development Company (NPDC).
Under the alliance, Petrofac and Taleveras have both agreed to provide financial, technical and “capacity and capability-building support” to NPDC for the further development of the OML 119 Block, offshore Nigeria.
