Petrofac Facilities Management Asia Pacific expects to complete the EPCIC contract over the platform, located 200 kilometres off south eastern peninsular Malaysia in block PM9, within 15 months.
Petrofac engineering, construction, operations & maintenance division chief executive Marwan Chedid said the contract win added to his company’s portfolio of projects with Petronas.
“This project also represents a considerable step forward for Petrofac as we develop our leading engineering, procurement and construction capability offshore through our Offshore Projects & Operations business,” he said.
