Subsidiary Vestigo Petroleum started up production at the field on the Tembikai-Chenang Cluster small field risk service contract (RSC) recently, Petronas said.
The operator had been expected to reach first oil some time in mid-2015.
Production is currently coming from a single well, with two more wells to be drilled. Peak output from the three wells is expected to be around 2000 barrels per day of oil.
