PetroNeft said on Tuesday that Natlata Partners, its largest single shareholder with a 29.47% interest, and General Invest Overseas, with 10.70% share, have been served with notices and now have 14 days to reply.
According to PetroNeft, the two shareholders have failed to provide all the necessary information during an investigation into shareholders dealings, which revealed “a new significant shareholding on its shareholder register held by a nominee company”.
