The MoU with Petronas will see the two companies work together in investing in projects in Vietnam and Malaysia.
It also specifically covers exploration activities at the Talisman-operated Block PM3 – CAA which lies between the two countries.
PetroVietnam subsidiary PV Drilling also signed a MoU with SapuraKencana subsidiary SapuraKencana Drilling to work together in pursuing potential opportunities and also to provide a drilling rig to Phu Quoc POC.
