Pioneer CEO: Industry 'better' under Dems

Pioneer chief executive Scott Sheffield said earlier this week that the oil and gas industry has historically "done better" under Democratic presidents than Republican ones, even as the Republican party rallied around a heavily pro-fossil fuel platform.
