Jereh is getting 4.47 million shares in Plexus worth £8.04 million ($12.55 million) as part of a deal that may also see the latter provide its new partner with wellhead systems.
The agreement will see Plexus have exclusivity with Jereh on the rental, sale and manufacture of its wellhead equipment into the Chinese, other Asian, Brazilian, Indian and Middle Eastern markets.
