Mohammed al-Qahtani, Aramco's senior vice president of Upstream, said in an afternoon session at IHS CeraWeek on Tuesday in Houston that the company has been able to get costs down for services, materials and engineering.
"We have been working with service ocmpanies and drilling contractors and have been able to realise significant savings," he said. "But not at the same level as in North America."
