Eclairs Group and Glengary Overseas have recently been barred by the JKX board from attending and voting at the meeting on 28 January.
Speaking to Upstream, Vladimir Tatarchuk said that he met Eclairs’ chief beneficiary, influential Ukrainian businessman Igor Kolomoysky, “one time ten years ago for thirty minutes, and (we) did not discuss JKX”.
Until Proxima requisitioned a general meeting of JKX shareholders in December to overhaul the company’s board and management team, “we had not spoken since, neither had any members of my team, and neither had any of our nominees”, Tatarchuk said.
