This is the first major contract in the region for Bond, which was established under the UK-headquartered aviation group Avincis to provide turnkey offshore helicopter services for oil and gas companies in Australia.
Under the deal, Bond will provide three Eurocopter EC225 helicopters to support PTTEP’s Timor Sea operations. Flights will depart from Mungalalu-Truscott in north Western Australia
The contract is for a five-year period with flight operations scheduled to start in November.
