Pura Vida Energy said today its immediate priority is to farm out some of its 100% interest.
The company has completed a concept and feasibility study as it strives for a fast-track development of the Loba field.
At this stage, Pura Vida's basecase concept comprises a small wellhead platform and a jack-up drilling and production unit.
The current low-cost environment, including readily available idle production assets, can enable cost-effective fast-track development, said the company.
