Buru said Wednesday Quadrant would pay it and joint venture partner Mitsubishi a gross sum of A$10 million (US$7.1 million) in fulfilment of its farm-in obligations covering EP 390, 438, 471 and 473, known collectively as the Coastal permits.
A farmin agreement for the permits was originally signed by US company Apache in 2013 who sold its Australian subsidiary to a joint venture between Macquarie Capital and Brookfield earlier this year which became Quadrant.
Under
