Well partner Carnarvon Petroleum revealed laboratory analysis of the gas recovered from the well confirmed a condensate-to-gas ratio at the top end of the previously announced range of between 20 to 40 million barrels per million cubic feet of gas.
Earlier this month wireline logging had confirmed reservoir quality sands with a net hydrocarbon interval of 10 metres from the gross 40 metre sand column, at a depth of 4380 metres to 4420 metres.
