The Denver-based junior sold the natural gas and water handling systems servicing its Appaloosa and Mustang fields in Reeves County, Texas for $50 million in cash up front and another $60 million in bonus payments based on the amount of activity in the field through 2020.
Incentive payments will be tied to the number of wells spud in a given year and the length of the laterals.
