Resolute is getting its hands on 3293 net acres in the Delaware sub-basin in west Texas for $135 million – consisting of $90 million in cash and 2.11 million shares.
All of the acreage is in Reeves County, with the vast majority in Resolute’s key Mustang project area.
The acquired assets include 13 horizontal wells, 15 verticals and average daily production of 1200 barrels of oil equivalent.
