Rigs evacuated ahead of Titan

Offshore players are preparing to evacuate personnel on the Hibernia platform, the Terra Nova floater and the Glomar Grand Banks rig, off the coast of Newfoundland, ahead of Monday's planned launch of the Titan IV rocket.
