Rockies Express reversal delayed

Tallgrass Energy has delayed the full-capacity start up of its planned Rocky Mountain Express (Rex) pipeline reversal that will eventually move as much as 2 billion cubic feet per day of natural gas from the Appalachian basin to Midwestern markets.
