Founded in 2012, North Dakota-based American Well Service has a fleet of six workover rigs for cleanout and well intervention work in the Bakken tight oil play in the Williston basin.
The move will double Rock Pile’s workover fleet and RockPile chief executive Curt Dacar said the company planned further expansion of its fleet in the future.
