Rosneft eyeing Seadrill stake

Russia's state-owned Rosneft could buy a controlling stake in the world's largest offshore driller, Norway's Seadrill, after saying it was in talks to acquire a significant stake in Seadrill subsidiary North Atlantic Drilling.
