Rosneft wraps up TNK-BP mega-deal

Rosneft has finally wrapped up its $55 billion acquisition of Anglo-Russian venture TNK-BP that makes it the world’s largest listed oil producer and leaves BP with a major shareholding in the Russian state oil company.
