The Sliedrecht-based company said the new business would offer a fully integrated solution for onshore and offshore installation, foundation and decommissioning to oil and gas customers as well as offshore wind and coastal and civil projects.
The new subsidiary incorporates hydraulic piling hammer provider IHC Hydrohammer, offshore installation and removal equipment maker IHC Handling Systems, subsea installation and positioning frame provider IHC Sea Steel and foundation rig provider IHC Fundex Equipment.
