The Houston-based company said the commissioning phase for the second train has already begun and that substantial completion is expected in late September.
Substantial completion on Train 1 was achieved in May and as of the end of June, overall construction on the first two trains was around 99.4% complete.
At the end of the first half, overall project completion for trains 3 and 4 was 87.4%,
