The company revealed Thursday it had signed a rig contract with Entrepose Drilling for the Cabot-750 rig which is expected to start drilling in August.
The El Aaiun-4 well is expected to take about 30 days to reach a total depth of about 2000 metres and will target tertiary channel sandstones, with San Leon expecting the well to encounter good reservoir properties.
