San Leon Energy is set to to enter Nigeria’s oil andgas sector through the acquisition of a stake in an onshore block after raisingcash for the deal in an equity issue.
The London-listed player has conditionally raised around £17.3million ($221.4 million) in the share offering to complete the acquisition and restructuring ofinterests in the OML 18 block.
