'Sanctions risk' for Kara Sea well

Exploration work being carried out by ExxonMobil in Russia’s Kara Sea using a Seadrill-owned rig reportedly is at risk of suspension due to the latest round of Western sanctions, which are also set to hit a raft of upstream projects from the Caspian Sea to Iraq and Ghana.
